This category is for individuals that do not yet meet the requirements of the Professional RHT category, who are no longer active as herbal therapists, who practice under other modalities, or who are active in the herbal industry in a capacity other than being a practitioner (such as manufacturing, retailing, educating, and consulting).

Requirements
Minimum of 1200 training hours (e.g., formal education, apprenticeship, self-training, etc., years of experience are taken into account). You can find more information about the education requirements here.
In the case of self-training, or if the Association deems necessary, the applicant may be required to take a written exam.
Continuing education: members in this category are required to take at least 10 hours/year (10 CEU) of continuing education.
Professional liability insurance is recommended where applicable.
