Corporate Sponsorship

$150 annually + one-time $5 admin fee

Benefits

1. Promoting through the BCHA:

a) The sponsor company banner/logo is displayed on the website.

b) May post, free of charge, one text-ad per year to the newsletter and/of website.

c) May submit, free of charge, one 1-page infomercial to the newsletter per year (an infomercial is an article promoting a product, an event, an activity, etc. from the sponsoring company, or an article on the sponsoring company itself).

d) Receive discounts on ads placement on the newsletter, website, and booth tables.

e) May submit articles to the eNewsletter free of charge.

f) Are welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM), and promote their business by offering information, catalogs and/or samples to build exposure and to increase rapport with practitioners.

g) Are acknowledged as official sponsors at our meetings and public events.

h) Are encouraged to offer BCHA members a special discount (e.g., first-purchase discount, ) to promote interest in their products.

i) Optionally, may add to the annual membership:

i. Listing in the Online Directory

ii. Ability to post text-ads on the BCHA website and/or newsletter.

iii. A Promotional web-page outlining company services, local representatives, etc.

2. Access to members-only content and resources.

3. Receive the Association’s eNewsletter and reports.

Refund Policy

No refund on Admin fees.
No refund on prorated discount when/if there is one.
60% refund on the annual fee up to 5 days after a new/renewal application has been processed. No refund after that.
